Description
The City of Hollywood seeks a qualified special event producer to provide a turnkey solution for its monthly Downtown Hollywood ArtWalk Market. The contractor will plan, coordinate, promote, and execute all aspects of 12 annual outdoor events, including recruiting and managing at least 25 vendors per event, vendor placement and compliance, sponsorship coordination, advertising assistance, on-site management, waste removal, security coordination, monthly reporting, and provision of tents, LED lighting, generators, and related equipment. The contractor must also provide a complete main-stage production package, including a minimum 24-by-16-foot platform stage, PA and backline equipment, lighting, technical personnel, setup and breakdown staff, permits, delivery, and a five-hour audio engineer. The contractor will develop opening-act and headliner schedules for City approval. The initial contract term is three years, with two additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must include an executive summary, qualifications and experience, approach, service cost/fee schedule, references, and required forms.
