Description
Broward College is soliciting proposals to establish one or more contracts for a comprehensive portfolio of dental supplies, instruments, equipment, materials, consumable products, replacement parts, and related services supporting instructional, laboratory, simulation, administrative, and clinical operations. Product categories include preventive and restorative materials, dental imaging and radiography, diagnostic products, impression and laboratory materials, local anesthesia supplies, dental hygiene and laboratory equipment, student instructional kits, clinical devices, furniture, equipment parts, maintenance supplies, safety products, educational technology, and administrative and clinical support supplies. Vendors must provide current products, product information, availability and substitution support, electronic catalog and ordering capabilities, delivery, returns and warranty assistance, customer service, technical support, product training, and applicable equipment services such as installation, setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts. The contract is intended for as-needed purchases with no guaranteed minimum quantity, expenditure, or volume. Proposals must address the requested scope, experience, references, pricing, financial capacity, licenses, insurance insurability, and required certifications.
