Description
Broward College is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide commercial HVAC chiller services and repairs on a collegewide basis. The contract will cover scheduled preventive maintenance (quarterly and annual) as well as emergency repair services for the College's inventory of Trane and York chillers. The scope of work includes routine maintenance, diagnostics, emergency response (24/7 with a two-hour on-site response), and equipment improvements such as chiller installations, replacements, and major retrofits. The College has multiple campuses and centers across Broward County, Florida, and the contract will be for an initial term of three years with options to renew for three additional one-year periods. The selected vendor must hold a valid Florida Certified Mechanical Contractor or Class A Air-Conditioning Contractor license, and technicians must have appropriate EPA Section 608 certifications and manufacturer training for Trane and York equipment.
