The Massachusetts Trial Court, Facilities Management & Capital Planning, is seeking proposals for a service agreement to provide preventive maintenance and authorized repair services for chillers and associated HVAC equipment serving Region 3 court facilities. Covered equipment includes chillers, cooling towers, chilled-water pumps, condenser-water pumps, water separators, and related components identified in the RFP and Appendix A. The solicitation includes equipment inventories and operation and maintenance manuals for multiple court facilities, along with a General Bid Form, Supplemental Bid Form A Pricing Schedule, payment and performance bond forms, Massachusetts Terms and Conditions Form, Prime Update Statement, and a sample Prime-General Certificate of Eligibility. Electronic quotes are permitted, and the bid opening and submission deadline is September 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
