Description
Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. is soliciting proposals from Independent Power Producers for additional electric generating capacity, energy resources, and required ancillary services, including regulation, spinning reserve, and contingency power. The services are to be procured through Power Purchase Agreements. Interested proposers must execute a confidentiality agreement before receiving the complete RFP documents. Proposers must submit a Notice of Intent to Propose and upload their proposals through the designated ShareFile site. The solicitation includes an electronic pre-proposal conference, a question period, and an addendum process.
