Description
The State of Maryland is conducting a Request for Information to collect information from companies interested in an upcoming solicitation for wholesale retail electricity, including generation and transmission. The RFI is for market research only and does not commit the State to awarding a contract. Interested companies must complete Attachment I of the RFI and send their responses directly to the listed procurement officer by the stated deadline. The information will be used to identify companies interested in receiving direct communications about the future solicitation.
