Description
Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. is soliciting proposals for professional services to conduct a transmission line routing study from the Eklutna Hydroelectric Plant toward Dow Tap. Proposers must state in writing whether they take exceptions to the terms and conditions of the sample Professional Services Contract. The RFP documents and attachments are available through MEA’s ShareFile site after the proposer requests access by email and executes a confidentiality agreement. Proposals must be submitted through the ShareFile site by the stated deadline. Attendance at the electronic pre-proposal conference is mandatory for proposal consideration.
