Description
Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES and participating school districts, counties, cities, towns, and villages are soliciting electricity supply for their full requirements. The contractor must arrange transportation to participant meters, supply 100% of required electricity during the contract period, comply with applicable local distribution company and New York State requirements, and provide billing and reporting for participant accounts. Bidders must submit fixed index-price adders by service-rate classification for the NYSEG, RG&E, and National Grid territories. Pricing will be evaluated separately for each local distribution company using weighted-average-price calculations. The contract period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with supply beginning on each participant's January 2027 meter-read date and ending on its December 2027 ending meter-read date. The solicitation requires a bid proposal, bid summary forms, bidder qualification and disclosure form, questionnaire, non-collusion certification, corporate resolution when applicable, declaration, sample standard contract, and W-9.
