Description
The City of Bangor is soliciting bids for removal and replacement of approximately 2,427 square yards of carpet at the Cross Insurance Center. The work covers the Grand Ballroom, pre-function area, and hallway area, including surface preparation, installation of Shaw Interfuse #54979 carpet tiles in Polish 00506 or an approved equal, four-inch flat vinyl base, edge strips, cleaning, and protection of completed flooring. Bidders must submit pricing for each area, include all costs and charges, identify the earliest available start date and estimated project duration, and provide at least three relevant references. Required insurance includes workers' compensation, employer's liability, automobile liability, commercial general liability, and professional liability. The Bid Form and requested qualification materials must be submitted by email or an accepted physical delivery method.
