Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington (RACW) is soliciting bids for the Canonsburg Street Reconstruction Project (Project No. CD 25-02). This project involves sidewalk replacement and general street reconstruction. Bid documents can be obtained for a non-refundable payment of $200.00 from LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors. Questions should be directed to Savannah Mack. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The RACW reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may hold bids for up to forty-five (45) days. Contractors must be able to initiate work within twenty (20) days of contract execution and complete the work within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. SBE, MBE, WBE, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to bid, and the project adheres to standard contract provisions including Federal Prevailing Wage Rates and Affirmative Action requirements.
