The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is soliciting repair, overhaul, upgrade, testing, inspection, and return-to-service work for two distributing systems, NSN 6150-01-524-0935, part number 450-075-422-103. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, repair procedures, and testing needed to restore the flight-critical items to a Ready for Issue condition. Work includes component repair and replacement, reassembly, inspection, testing, process-control documentation, configuration management, compliant packaging, and enclosed storage. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100-compliant quality system and an acceptable calibration program. The initial induction period is 365 calendar days from contract award, with a government option to extend it by another 365 days. Offerors must provide pricing for a maximum of 10 units over the entire contract period, including the initial quantity, and must identify the source and actual facility performing the work. Only previously approved sources were solicited; new sources require government source approval before award. The solicitation identifies Projects Unlimited Inc. as the repair source, with CAGE code 04597, and requires repairs to be performed at the facility identified in the statement of work.
