Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 100 each of a high-voltage module identified by NSN 7R-6120-015780940-XE and reference number A7D0236-1, with delivery FOB origin. The item requires engineering source approval by the design control activity. Existing approved sources retain essential design, manufacturing, repair, or technical data, and alternate sources must qualify under procedures approved by the responsible government engineering activity. Award is limited to offerors, products, or manufacturers meeting the applicable qualification requirements at the time of award under FAR 52.209-1. The acquisition may be subject to applicable trade-agreement requirements if the corresponding DFARS clauses are included in the solicitation.
