Description
The City of Maryville is soliciting bids for distribution transformers, including 37.5 KVA overhead polemount units; 25 KVA single-phase padmount units; and 75, 300, 500, 750, 1,500, 2,500, and 3,000 KVA three-phase padmount units. The intended initial purchase includes the quantities listed in the mandatory pricing sheet, although the City does not guarantee that any quantities will be ordered. Bidders must provide unit pricing, total pricing, definite delivery lead times, and a factory detailed specification sheet for each proposed item. Equal products may be considered when the bidder provides sufficient specifications, catalog pages, brochures, or other data demonstrating comparability. The award will be based on best value, with cost weighted at 80 points and lead time at 20 points. The contract is intended to run for one year and may be extended by mutual agreement for four additional one-year periods. Responses must include the mandatory cover page, mandatory bid pricing sheet, all other required pages, a current W-9, and the required signed certifications and affidavits included in the solicitation package. The mandatory pages must be completed, scanned, and submitted as a single PDF file; pricing must be submitted using the mandatory bid pricing sheet.
