Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction services to build a pararescue parking lot at Gabreski Air National Guard Base in Westhampton Beach, NY. The project scope includes providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials to complete the construction in strict compliance with the attached Statement of Work. The estimated project cost is between $250,000 and $500,000, and the contractor must complete all work within ninety (90) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. An organized site visit is highly encouraged and scheduled for June 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST at Bldg. 345 (Wing Auditorium), 150 Old Riverhead Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978-1201. Contractors must submit visitor pass requests by June 22, 2026, 4 PM EST to edwin.nunez.3@us.af.mil for base access. Required submissions include a firm-fixed-price quote, technical capability documentation (preliminary construction schedule and resumes for key personnel), and acknowledgment of intent to provide Performance and Payment Bonds within 10 days of award. Requests for Information are due by July 2, 2026, and quotes are due no later than July 15, 2026, 2:00 PM EST. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the Best Value to the Government.
