Description
Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase a Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System manufactured by Abbott Laboratories. This procurement will be made under the hospital's discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law SS355(5)(A), for an amount up to $125,000. A sealed bid will not be held. Vendors interested in providing a proposal must contact the designated campus contact within 15 business days of the Advertisement Notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law SS139 j&k, known as the Lobbying Law, and all permissible contact is limited to the individual listed in the advertisement. Failure to comply may result in no contract or debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. The successful contractor will be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.
