Description
The State of Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS), the agency responsible for the administration of the Medicaid program (HUSKY Health), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI). The purpose of this RFI is to gather information from qualified vendors regarding industry best practices, innovative methodologies, and available technological solutions for Coordination of Benefits (COB) and Third-Party Liability (TPL) services. DSS is interested in comprehensive TPL/COB solutions that encompass identification and verification of third-party coverage, prospective cost avoidance, retrospective recovery, and technological integration. Vendors are requested to provide information on their company profile, methodologies for discovering unknown third-party coverage, cost avoidance strategies, recovery operations, technology and interoperability capabilities, use of advanced technology like AI or machine learning, and pricing structures.
