Description
Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking to procure Gastrointestinal Endoscopy equipment and related items. This procurement is being made under authority that allows for purchasing from a consortium or comparable entity without a formal competitive process when justified by price. The intended vendor is Erbe USA, or vendors selling equivalent products. The contract period is anticipated to be from February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2028. Stony Brook University Hospital reserves the right to extend the resulting agreement if the GPO contract is extended. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law, and all communications must be directed to the listed contact person. Vendors submitting a quote must receive it by 3:30 PM on the due date. Successful contractors will be required to submit documentation related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.
