Description
Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase diagnostic glucose products and related items manufactured by NOVA BIOMEDICAL CORP. This procurement will be conducted under the hospital's discretionary authority, with a spending limit up to $125,000, and will not involve a sealed bid process. Vendors interested in providing a proposal must contact Marilou Ferrara within 15 business days of the Advertisement Notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §§ 139 j&k, known as the Lobbying Law. All communications regarding this procurement must be directed solely to the individual listed below. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in consequences ranging from no contract award to debarment from future sales to any New York State Agency. The successful contractor will be required to submit documentation related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law § 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.
