The City of Franklin Parks Department is soliciting recurring mowing and grounds maintenance services for 22 locations: 10 serviced weekly and 12 serviced bi-weekly during the active growing season. The scope includes mowing, edging, trimming, string-trimming, debris and grass-clipping removal, blowing and cleanup, coordination around park activities, weather-related rescheduling, deficiency correction, supervision, staffing, equipment, and protection or repair of park amenities and landscaping. Respondents must provide per-cut pricing for each listed location and answer 21 proposal questions addressing experience, staffing, equipment, service methods, quality control, communication, insurance, licensing, and performance capacity. The contract is stated as a three-year term with two additional one-year renewal periods. Required qualifications include applicable Tennessee contractor licensing, prior comparable public-park mowing and grounds-maintenance experience, and specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance. The response requires completion of the electronic response attributes and line items, along with several executed and notarized affidavits and agreements.
