Description
Loto-Québec is seeking a specialized quality-assurance firm with expertise in digital-game testing to perform the testing activities required for its projects and initiatives. Eligibility requires at least ten functional quality-assurance testing engagements of at least 500 hours each during the preceding five years, including at least five engagements involving games. The submission must be encrypted, transmitted, time-stamped, and stored electronically through Québec's electronic tendering system, SEAO. A valid authorization from the Autorité des marchés publics may be required, and bidders must provide a valid Revenu Québec attestation or, where applicable, the prescribed absence-of-establishment form. The estimated contract period is 48 months.
