Description
Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations to provide one or more non-residential domestic violence service components, including Domestic Abuse Response Team services, lethality assessment and high-risk case management, family advocate and Latina outreach services, children's services domestic violence liaison services, and Family Court advocacy. Services include crisis intervention, safety planning, counseling, referrals, court and criminal-justice advocacy, hotline response, case management, community outreach, and coordination with law enforcement, courts, child welfare, and other service providers. The solicitation also seeks Sexual Assault Response Team community response coordination services, including protocol development, stakeholder coordination, training, public awareness, 24/7 rape-crisis response, hospital and court accompaniment, advocacy, information and referral, and follow-up. Proposers must be New York not-for-profit organizations holding 501(c)(3) status, demonstrate relevant experience, provide qualified and screened personnel, accommodate disabilities and language needs, maintain confidentiality, and submit program narratives and budgets for 2027 and 2028. The County has allocated approximately $1,100,500 annually for these services.
