Description
The City of Mary Esther is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professional firms to provide continuing professional consulting services under Florida's Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act. The requested disciplines include professional engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, surveying and mapping, and planning. The City anticipates awarding agreements to approximately two or three engineering firms, including one designated as City Engineer, and may award agreements for additional disciplines. Services will be performed on an as-needed, task order basis for projects and studies within the continuing-contract thresholds. Selection will be based on qualifications, with fees negotiated with the top-ranked firm. The City's Neighborhood Infrastructure Program is excluded and is being procured separately.
