Description
Great Rivers Greenway is accepting qualifications from individual firms seeking inclusion on its 2026–2028 prequalification list for engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, planning, and surveying services. Typical work includes greenway planning and public engagement; on-road bicycle facilities; off-road multi-use bicycle and pedestrian trails; parks, trailheads, and related amenities; capital repair projects; and surveying for real estate transactions. Placement on the list does not guarantee selection for work, and the agency may issue separate project-specific qualification requests. Applicants must submit one PDF of no more than 16 pages through the agency’s vendor website. The submission must identify the requested service categories and include a letter of interest, firm qualifications and relevant staff resumes, public-agency experience from the past five years, project-management and quality-control approaches, descriptions of three recent projects, fee information, ownership and DBE/WBE/MBE information, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and the signed Consultant Procurement Confirmation acknowledging the solicitation requirements and contract terms. The solicitation gives preference to businesses located in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, or St. Charles County, followed secondarily by businesses elsewhere in Missouri. Required contract terms include specified insurance coverage, including professional liability, commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation/employers’ liability coverage.
