Description
Great Rivers Greenway is establishing a 2026–2028 prequalification list for individual firms providing planning, landscape architecture, architecture, engineering, and surveying services. Typical work includes greenway planning, stakeholder and public engagement, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, trails, parks, trailheads, amenities, capital repairs, and surveying for real estate transactions. Placement on the list does not guarantee future work, and firms may later be selected for specific projects. Applicants must submit one PDF of no more than 16 pages describing their qualifications, applicable public-agency experience, project-management and quality-control approach, three recent projects, fees and hourly rates, ownership and certification information, conflicts of interest, and relevant personnel. The submission must include a signed Consultant Procurement Confirmation acknowledging the submittal requirements and contract terms. Selected firms may be invited to a subsequent interview.
