Description
Denver Public Schools is establishing one or more requirements contracts for specified 3D printers, laser engravers, and related filters. The pricing sheet identifies products including Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro, MakerBot Sketch Sprint, Bambu Lab H2C, xTool P2S 55W Desktop CO2 Laser Cutter, xTool S1 Enclosed Diode Laser Cutter, xTool F2 Ultra 60W MOPA and 40W Diode Dual Laser Engraver, and xTool SafetyPro air purifiers. Suppliers must provide separate pricing for each device, delivery, and asset tagging/reporting; bundles and product variations are not allowed. The awarded supplier must maintain stock, provide inside delivery to school front offices during school hours, and deliver within three weeks after receiving a purchase order. Asset-tagging services include applying Denver Public Schools barcodes and maintaining a shared spreadsheet containing the manufacturer, model number, serial number, purchasing school or department, and delivery location. The contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options. The response must include the completed and signed Supplier Acknowledgement, completed and signed Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Certification, completed pricing sheet, written warranty certificates, and Material Safety Data Sheets; these materials must be combined into one electronic submission. Required insurance includes workers’ compensation, business automobile liability, commercial general liability, excess or umbrella liability, cyber/network security and privacy liability, and other applicable coverages specified in the insurance exhibit.
