Description
The U.S. Forest Service is seeking expressions of interest for a fully serviced lease in Sierra Vista, Arizona, consisting of approximately 0.57 acres of land for a helipad and up to 4,953 ABOA square feet of office space. The offered property must include 12 reserved surface parking spaces and be located within the area bounded by I-10, the U.S.-Mexico border, Highway 191, and I-19. The helipad area must be zoned for helicopter use and comply with FAA and other applicable requirements. The site must provide 24/7/365 access for firefighting response, including 24/7 access from March through October, and meet fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements. The property must be outside the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Expressions of interest must identify the building and address, offered location and usable square footage, a contact person with address and telephone number, and evidence of authority to represent the owner when applicable.
