The U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command is seeking contractors for the Total Engineering and Integration Services IV on-ramp. The resulting contract vehicle will support worldwide information systems engineering and information technology requirements through individual task orders, including engineering and site surveys; systems engineering; cybersecurity engineering and assessment; Approved Products List certification; systems integration and installation; testing and evaluation; software; transitional operations and maintenance; technical services; documentation; technical instruction; drafting and illustration; project services and management; systems and network administration; systems analysis; and technology demonstrations and rapid prototyping. The solicitation includes sample tasks covering cybersecurity engineering and security control assessments, satellite communications and wide area networking, and information technology modernization. Work may involve classified and controlled information, including Secret, Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information, SIPRNet, JWICS, and NSANet access depending on the task order. The program materials identify an $800 million total contract value for the base contract and option periods, a partial small-business set-aside, and extensive offeror-provided technical, management, pricing, past-performance, teaming, and small-business participation materials.
