Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking two structured parking spaces in Spokane, Washington. The spaces must be within a four-block walking distance of the Thomas S. Foley U.S. Courthouse Federal Building and must meet applicable fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements. A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space may not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. The requested lease has a 10-year full term and a five-year firm term. Offerors must provide the parking location and address, authorized representative contact information, a description of available parking, and a full-service monthly or yearly rental rate per space. Owners or authorized representatives must submit expressions of interest; representatives other than the owner must include written ownership consent. The Government intends to use GSA Form 3626, Short Form Lease, if a suitable location is identified.
