Description
The United States Coast Guard Recruiting Command is seeking a lease for a 2,000- to 3,000-square-foot retail unit suitable for a recruiting office serving seven Coast Guard personnel. The preferred setting is a retail shopping strip. The space must include, or allow installation of, storage and a kitchenette; have a rear exit leading outdoors; and provide parking for two government vehicles. The landlord must register in SAM.gov and obtain a Unique Entity Identifier to receive Coast Guard rental payments. The space must be available no later than October 1, 2026. An expression of interest must include ownership or authority-to-contract documentation, the building name and available-space address, management contact information, rental-rate and tenant-improvement details, occupancy availability, parking information, and existing energy-efficiency or renewable-energy features. No subleases are permitted.
