Description
North Carolina State University is prequalifying prime contractors for interior improvements to the existing One-Earth food-service venue within Talley Student Union. The project includes renovation of approximately 4,485 square feet of kitchen, dining, food-preparation, storage, refrigeration/freezer, and dishwashing areas to increase production and throughput. Work is anticipated during summer 2027 and has an anticipated duration of three months. The prequalification package requires detailed company, licensing, self-performance, bonding, insurance, financial, workload, litigation, safety, superintendent, project-manager, similar-project, and North Carolina State University project information. Applicants must submit a recent surety letter confirming capacity for payment and performance bonds, an insurance certificate, financial statements, OSHA 300 logs, resumes and references for proposed project personnel, and three similar-project examples. The project budget is $3,200,000. The project-specific prequalification form must be completed, signed by an authorized officer, and notarized.
