Description
The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority seeks a consultant to administer a fellowship and engagement program for small-scale, minority, and underrepresented developers connected to transit-oriented development projects. Work includes project management; stakeholder mapping, interviews, and gap analysis; an engagement event; fellow recruitment and selection; a completed-project tour; training on project pro formas, financing, and transit-oriented development plans; and activity summaries and a final report with recommendations, an action plan, metrics, and monitoring and reporting plans. The program focuses on the authority’s DL&W and LaSalle Station projects and broader corridor planning. Proposals must include a technical proposal addressing the specified project approach, organization, key personnel, related projects, references, and background experience, as well as a cost proposal and required forms. The solicitation states a one-year contract term and no DBE goal.
