Description
Erie County is soliciting sealed bids for general construction work to restore the exterior marble at the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library. Bidding documents, specifications, and drawings are available through the County's public works procurement process, and bidders must download the bid package directly from the County website so their contact information is captured for addenda and communications. A mandatory bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount is required. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at the library's main entrance ramp facing Washington Street. The project includes Minority/Women Business Utilization requirements, participation in a New York State Certified Apprenticeship Training Program, and potentially applicable Erie County Executive Order #18 provisions.
