Description
The City of Buffalo, through the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency, is soliciting proposals for HOME Investment Partnerships Program funding to support affordable homeownership and rental housing projects that advance neighborhood revitalization and the goals of the City's Consolidated Plan. Applicants must be incorporated for-profit or nonprofit entities authorized to conduct affordable housing activities within Buffalo. The agency encourages local minority- and women-owned businesses to participate and encourages allocating at least 30% of the project's total dollar value to such businesses.
