Description
The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority is seeking term consultants for one or more disciplines: Architecture; Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP); Civil/Structural; LRRT Train Control; Health, Safety, and Environmental Quality (HSEQ); Planning; and Construction Monitoring. Consultants must submit a separate qualification-based proposal for each discipline pursued. Cost proposals and cost-related information must not be included. Potential assignments will be awarded to the best-qualified firm, and specific team organization may be negotiated for each project. Subcontracting is permissible. The term agreements are planned for three years, commencing on or about April 1, 2027, and expiring March 31, 2030, with two additional one-year renewal options. Selection does not guarantee any project assignments or minimum contract value. MWBE, SDVOB, and DBE participation is required on a per-project basis, with stated goals of 15% MBE, 15% WBE, 6% SDVOB, and 0% DBE. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format, with files no larger than 10 MB and specified file-naming requirements.
