Description
The City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority is seeking one new 2026 Toyota Sienna LE, front-wheel-drive passenger van with a Vantage Mobility rear-entry, manual fold-out wheelchair ramp conversion for commercial or caregiver use. The vehicle must be capable of transporting a bariatric wheelchair and include the specified seating, wheelchair securement tracks, safety systems, accessibility features, and required equipment. The vendor must provide turnkey delivery of a fully operational, clean, service-ready vehicle with required fluids, documentation, manuals, schematics, and warranty materials. The response must include vehicle specifications demonstrating compliance, pricing for one vehicle including delivery and administrative fees, and the required cooperative contract information. The purchase is a one-time transaction.
