Description
The U.S. Army is conducting market research for a total small-business set-aside, firm-fixed-price, multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract covering real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction. The anticipated five-year ordering period consists of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Future projects will be issued as separate task orders and competed among the MATOC awardees. The contractor will furnish labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, quality control, project management, and related resources for a broad range of commercial and institutional construction work. The scope includes facility repairs and upgrades, minor new construction, installation and testing, construction management, safety and environmental compliance, quality control, subcontractor management, project documentation, and closeout deliverables. The work primarily supports Fort Wainwright, Fort Greely, and the Seward Military Resort area in Alaska. This notice is informational only and is not a request for proposals or quotes; the anticipated solicitation is identified as W912CN27RA002.
