The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District intends to issue a Request for Proposal for the repair and maintenance of five vertical aboveground fuel storage tanks located at Eielson Air Force Base in Fairbanks, Alaska. The work will be performed in accordance with API 653 standards and the attached draft Scope of Work. The primary NAICS code is 237120 (Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction) with a size standard of $45 million. This acquisition is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract set aside for certified 8(a) Small Business Development Program participants.
