Description
The U.S. Air Force requires specialized contractor support for the 353d Combat Training Squadron at Eielson AFB and the 414th Combat Training Squadron at Nellis AFB. The effort primarily supports Red Flag-Alaska, Northern Edge, and other exercises supported by the 353d CTS enterprise; support for Red Flag-Nellis and other 414th CTS exercises will be provided only on an as-needed, contingency basis. The contractor will provide qualified subject matter experts for tactical control and threat emulation, mission data integrity and debrief readiness, and operational and intelligence integration. The contractor will also provide proprietary software capable of ingesting range telemetry and validating real-time simulated air-to-surface weapons employment for up to 400 targets with 99% accuracy, along with scenario development, range-asset analysis, shot validation, and support for scheduled exercise flight operations. The anticipated ordering period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031. Offerors must possess a Top Secret facility security clearance before performance, and the solicitation is a total small-business set-aside.
