Description
The National Park Service is seeking two new brand-name Polaris Ranger 1000 utility terrain vehicles: one three-passenger model and one six-passenger model. Both vehicles must be current model year, gasoline-powered, four-wheel models with at least a 999cc engine and 12 inches of ground clearance, selectable all-wheel/two-wheel drive, power steering, protective equipment, cargo and visibility accessories, lighting, windshield, roof, bumpers, skid plates, and related features. The six-passenger vehicle additionally requires a winch with dash control, expanded side cargo racks, and side rock sliders. A Polaris dealer must be located within 100 miles of Fairbanks, Alaska. The contractor must deliver the vehicles, perform a full inspection, ensure all accessories are installed and the machines are operational, and provide user manuals, warranty information, and maintenance guidelines. This is a brand-name-only, firm-fixed-price commercial supply requirement with a 100% total small-business set-aside. The solicitation requests a single PDF quotation by email and requires technical compliance information, pricing, contractor core data, applicable representations and certifications, and evidence of at least two similar deliveries within the past five years.
