Description
The Town of Blackstone is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide property tax assessment services. The engagement is scheduled to run from November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. Proposals must include separate non-price and price proposals, each enclosed in a separately sealed envelope. Both envelopes must then be enclosed in a third sealed envelope with the required solicitation markings and proposer identification. The solicitation is conducted under Massachusetts General Laws chapter 30B, section 6.
