Description
Johnson County seeks comprehensive stormwater management engineering and consulting services on an as-needed basis. Work may include hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; floodplain mapping and management; hydromodification and geomorphology assessments; stormwater system asset management and condition assessments; water-quality modeling and monitoring; stormwater best management practices; watershed planning and implementation; integrated planning; grant identification and support; ArcGIS analyses; and surveying. Individual project scopes, deliverables, schedules, and fees will be agreed upon before work begins. The requested services are not limited to the listed areas. The County anticipates an approximately one-year initial contract, with up to four additional one-year renewal periods by mutual agreement. Respondents submit a technical proposal, with cost proposals requested from finalists for the interview phase; the attached cost form provides personnel billing-rate and expense schedules.
