Description
Gardner Edgerton USD 231 seeks dedicated Internet access at 5 Gbps or 10 Gbps, with separate monthly recurring and nonrecurring charges for each bandwidth option. Proposals should describe the service technology, physical handoff, transport path, service levels, implementation and activation schedule, maintenance and support, and any construction or installation requirements. The district also requests tiered pricing and details for future bandwidth expansion, including upgrade procedures, charges, and lead times. The provider must support the district’s ARIN-assigned /24 IPv4 address block being advertised via BGP and describe peering, routing configurations, and associated charges. Proposals must identify the service and contract term, disclose all costs and E-Rate-ineligible components, state the provider’s SPIN, identify any subcontractors, and comply with applicable E-Rate requirements. The district requests initial terms of 1, 3, and 5 years, each with up to five optional one-year renewals.
