Description
Johnson County seeks a contractor to remove existing window treatments as needed, protect roller shades designated for owner salvage, dispose of horizontal blinds and debris, and supply and install new manual solar roller shades. Installation must be coordinated with the separate glazing contractor and furniture movers as replacement windows become available, with site work expected at least weekly. The project specification identifies manual solar shades with specified fabric, hardware, and installation requirements; approximate sizes and quantities are shown in the provided glazing plans, with exact measurements to follow the initial window replacement. The contractor must coordinate with the glazing contractor and county representatives, comply with facility access and background-check requirements, and work during the stated weekday work hours unless otherwise approved.
