The opportunity concerns potential Small Business Enterprise subconsultant services for the Union Square Cafe project. The primary civil engineering services have already been procured, but supplemental work may remain available under the current procurement or through future opportunities. Potential services include stormwater treatment and control plans, stormwater Best Management Practice design, site and utility plans, grading and drainage plans, traffic control plans, site layout and plan coordination, permitting and agency coordination, and construction-phase engineering support.
