Description
The City and County of San Francisco, through its Office of Labor Standards Enforcement, is seeking a contractor to provide outreach and consultation services for domestic workers and employers. The scope includes targeted field outreach regarding paid sick leave rights, consultation and referrals for workers reporting potential labor-rights violations, development of culturally attuned outreach materials adaptable for print and digital distribution, and six paid sick leave training sessions annually, including at least three train-the-trainer sessions. The contractor must engage at least 1,000 unique individuals per year, provide at least 30 worker consultations annually, and demonstrate relevant experience and multilingual capacity in Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, and Filipino. The anticipated contract term is two years, with one two-year extension option, for a maximum term of four years and a not-to-exceed amount of $250,000. Proposals must include the required qualification documentation, written proposal, price proposal, and applicable solicitation attachments.
