The City and County of San Francisco, through its Office of the City Administrator, Real Estate Division, is seeking licensed C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning contractors for an if-and-as-needed master agreement. Work includes maintenance and repair of mechanical and control systems in City-owned buildings, including energy-efficient equipment, building-management control systems, and proprietary equipment and controls that may require manufacturer training and green-building expertise. Contractors must demonstrate licensing, qualifications, experience, certifications, and technical expertise. The agreement may be awarded for a term not to exceed five years, with individual work opportunities competed through Contract Service Orders. Services must comply with applicable public-work requirements, including subcontracting, insurance, bonding, indemnity, and prevailing-wage requirements. The professional-services portion has a 7.5% LBE subcontracting participation requirement, with stated availability percentages of 3.2% MBE, 0.9% WBE, and 3.4% OBE.
