Description
The City of Clifton Public Housing Agency is soliciting proposals for professional accounting services supporting its Section 8 Housing Voucher Program from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. The contractor must have knowledge of the financial requirements and responsibilities of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, and previous experience is required. The scope includes establishing and maintaining books and records, posting entries to the general ledger, preparing journal vouchers and fiscal reports required by HUD, maintaining inventory and financial controls, assisting with budgets and revisions, preparing financial statements of costs incurred in relation to the budget, providing accounting and financial consulting, and submitting monthly VMS reports to HUD. The contract will be subject to 2 CFR Part 200.
