Description
Stafford Township is soliciting proposals for calendar-year 2027 auditing services. The contract period is explicitly stated as September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2028. Proposals may be awarded by item or category, and more than one vendor may receive an award. Respondents must identify the positions and personnel proposed, describe professional experience and municipal experience, demonstrate the ability to perform the work promptly, provide professional licenses, educational backgrounds, support-staff information, references, hourly rates for all potentially assigned staff, additional-service charges, comparisons with rates charged to other municipalities, potential conflicts of interest, and affirmative-action information. The submission also requires specified certifications, ownership and non-collusion forms, a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, references, insurance documentation, a W-9, and completed online bid tables for auditing and professional-staff hourly rates.
