Description
The Baltimore Development Corporation is seeking proposals for accounting and financial services for participating small business clients. The selected provider will primarily work directly with clients through a flexible service model, with occasional meetings potentially held at the corporation's offices or other designated locations. Respondents should propose a staffing and service model demonstrating sufficient capacity to meet variable demand and support a diverse portfolio of businesses at different stages of growth. The corporation may make a single award or multiple awards. It has not established a fixed weekly hour requirement, minimum or maximum funding amount, budget range, or contract value; respondents must propose a reasonable, competitive, and cost-effective budget. Finalist interviews and presentations are anticipated to be conducted virtually, although the corporation may change that format. Proposals must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 1.
