The State of Montana's Healthcare and Benefits Division is considering awarding a sole-source contract to Baker Tilly for ongoing support. This is an intent-to-sole-source notice, not a request for competitive proposals; however, vendors that believe they can provide an equivalent service may submit a thorough written response explaining how they can meet the requirements in the Letter of Intent.
